摘 要:基于现有的对组织意义建构演化过程的分析并深入企业管理场景进行研究,发现企业的意义建构具有一定特质,包括不同层级干部员工个体意义建构行为的显著差异,以及企业层面的意义建构与权力、管理权威、情感与认知、制度、利益相关者管理等企业经营管理要素的密切关联。在此研究基础上,提出初步企业意义建构管理的分析框架,类似框架的建立和持续改进将提升企业意义建构问题的研究效率。Based on the existing analysis of the evolution process of organizational meaning construction,through in-depth study of enterprise management scenarios,it is found that:Enterprise meaning construction has certain characteristics,including the significant differences in the individual meaning construction behavior of cadres and employees at different levels,and the close correlation between enterprise meaning construction and power,management authority,emotion and cognition,system,stakeholder management and other enterprise management elements.On the basis of this research,a preliminary analytical framework for the management of enterprise meaning construction is proposed.The establishment and continuous improvement of such a framework will improve the research efficiency of enterprise meaning construction.
