摘  要:教育数字化已成为世界各国推进教育高质量、可持续发展的战略支撑和必由之路。为厘清疫情期间(2020—2022年),国外基础教育数字化转型研究的最新进展,文章采用系统性文献综述法,选取Web of Science、 Science Direct、 ProQuest Central数据库的高水平英文实证论文进行统计分析,对文献的基本信息、研究主题、研究情境、研究方法、平台与资源进行了统计分析。研究结果表明,目前国外教育数字化转型的重心仍集中在高等教育领域,教师的数字能力以及学生的学习结果是目前基础教育数字化转型实证研究的主要研究趋势;国外的相关实证研究以调查法居多,在未来研究中可更多地采用实验法进行因果推断;国外基础教育数字化转型的困境集中在基础设施建设不均衡、教师数字能力不佳、保障机制不完善等方面。Education digitization has become a strategic support for all countries to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of education.In order to clarify the latest research progress on digital transformation of basic education in foreign countries during the epidemic period(2020-2022),this paper adopted the systematic literature review method.High-level English empirical papers from Web of Science,Science Direct and ProQuest Central databases were selected for statistical analysis,and the basic information,research topic,research context,research methods,platforms and resources of the literature were statistically analyzed.The research results show that:the current focus of digital transformation in foreign education centres around higher education,and teachers’digital competence and students’learning outcomes are the major concern in the current empirical studies on digital transformation in basic education;the relevant empirical studies in foreign countries are mostly based on survey method,and more experimental methods can be used for causal inference in future studies;dilemmas of digital transformation in foreign basic education are concentrated on uneven infrastructure construction,poor digital competence of teachers,and imperfect guarantee mechanism.
