摘　　要：数字化转型是世界范围内教育转型的重要载体和方向,充分发挥数字化教学的优势、推动教育教学的信息化建设,不仅是国内高等教育改革的重要任务,也是我国高等教育走出去的重要手段之一。跨境高等教育是国际高等教育发展的重要领域之一,因受多种因素影响还存在诸多问题有待完善和解决。为了引导数字化教学健康发展,更好地发挥数字化教学对跨境高等教育的积极作用,文章在分析数字化教学内涵和特征的基础上,分别分析数字化教学存在的问题以及跨境高等教育中存在的主要问题,重点探讨数字化教学解决跨境高等教育的困境、促进跨境高等教育发展的路径和机制。研究结果表明:数字化教学能够通过突破教学的时空界限共享教育资源,改变学生的学习方式和教师的教学方式、转变人才培养模式、健全教学质量评价、解决跨境高等教育的困境。因此,针对数字化教学本身克服数字技术应用过程中所存在的问题,我们需要进一步加强国际合作、完善数字化基础设施、加强专业人才的培养、加强信息安全和知识产权保护。Digital transformation is an important approach and direction of education transformation worldwide.To make best advantages of digital teaching and promote education informatization,is not only an important task of reforming national higher education at home,but also one of the important measures for Chinese higher education to go out.Cross-border higher education is one of the developing trends of international higher education.There are still many problems to be solved,due to various factors.In order to guide the healthy development of digital teaching,give better play to the positive role of digital teaching in cross-border higher education,based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of digital teaching,this paper analyzes the problems of digital teaching and the main problems in cross-border higher education,and focuses on the path and mechanism of digital teaching to solve the difficulties of cross-border higher education and promote the development of cross-border higher education.As concluded,digital teaching can provide a way out of the dilemma of cross-border higher education through breaking limitations of time and space to share educational resources;changing the way of learning and teaching activities;transferring pattern of talent training and improving teaching quality evaluation.In order to overcome challenges in the application of digital technology in digital teaching itself,we need to further strengthen international cooperation to improve digital infrastructure,strengthen the training of professionals,and enhance information security and intellectual property protection.
