摘 要:乡村地理标志品牌,是一种知识产权,不仅表征着产品特质,更体现了一个区域的文脉、文化、生活方式和经济特征,是一个区域的品牌形象的表达,也是一个区域经济、文化的具象符号。以数字技术赋能乡村地理标志品牌建设既是加快数字中国建设的有力抓手,亦是推进农业农村现代化的现实路径。数字技术凭借降低交易成本、提升资源利用率及减少信息不对称等优势,可切实推进乡村经济、治理、文化、生态等方面的数字化转型,为创建乡村地理标志品牌提供新契机。本文以宁波奉化水蜜桃为研究对象,研究数字技术赋能“奉化水蜜桃”地理标志品牌,使得名特优新农产品在市场竞品中爆发出旺盛的生命力。Rural geographical indication brand is a kind of intellectual property rights,which not only represents the product characteristics,but also reflects the context,culture,lifestyle and economic characteristics of a region.It is the expression of the brand image of a region,and also a concrete symbol of regional economy and culture.Empowering rural geographical indication brand construction with digital technology is not only a powerful hand to accelerate the construction of digital China,but also a realistic path to promote agricultural and rural modernization.With the advantages of reducing transaction costs,improving resource utilization and reducing information asymmetry,digital technology can effectively promote the digital transformation of rural economy,governance,culture,ecology and other aspects,providing new opportunities for creating rural geographical indication brands.This paper takes Ningbo Fenghua Honey Peach as the research object,and studies the digital technology to enable the geographical indication brand of"Fenghua Honey Peach",which makes the famous,special and new agricultural products burst into vigorous vitality in the market competition.
