摘  要:为了提升分布式驱动电动汽车中三台永磁同步电机(PMSM)转速同步控制系统的同步性能和抗干扰能力,以传统偏差耦合结构中的固定增益转速补偿器为基础设计了基于最小转速的新型同步转速补偿器,为了减小电机的跟随误差以及提高控制系统鲁棒性,提出了一种改进非线性函数,以此函数为基础对传统自抗扰控制器(ADRC)进行改良,并设计了PMSM改进一阶ADRC速度环控制器。建立了基于偏差耦合的三台PMSM同步控制系统模型,并进行了仿真对比,结果表明,采用新型转速补偿器和改进一阶ADRC的多电机同步控制系统的同步性能以及转速补偿效果更好,且跟随误差较小,系统动、静态性能和抗干扰能力均有所提高。In order to improve the synchronization performance and anti-interference ability of multi-motor speed synchronous control system in distributed drive electric vehicle,a new speed compensator based on minimum speed is designed based on the fixed gain speed compensator in the traditional relative coupling structure.At the same time,in order to reduce the following error and improve the robustness of the control system,an improved nonlinear Junction is proposed.Based on this junction,the traditional active disturbance rejection controller(ADRC)is improved,and the improved first-order ADRC permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)speed control system is designed.Three PMSM synchronous control system models based on relative coupling are established,and the simulation results show that the multi-motor synchronous control system with new speed compensator and improved first-order ADRC has better synchronization performance and speed compensation effect,smaller following error,and dynamic and static performance and anti-interference ability are improved.
