摘 要:汽车升降机构在底盘维护和高空落停问题中具有广泛的应用。设计出一种新型全转动副汽车升降机构并进行相关研究,首先建立机构的运动学模型,求出各构件角度变化表达式,为进一步动力学分析奠定了基础。其次运用Lagrange方程构建整体机构的动力学模型,通过SolidWorks建立汽车升降机的虚拟样机模型,分别对其进行动力学数值计算和虚拟仿真,验证所建运动学和动力学模型的正确性和有效性。在此给定升降载荷范围在1.1t到3.5t时,求解出所需驱动力矩区间曲线,为实际工程应用提供了数据参考。Automobile lifting mechanism was widely used in chassis maintenance and high altitude landing and stopping.A new type of lifting mechanism with full rotation pair was designed in this paper and to studing.Firstly,the kinematic model of the mechanism is established,and the expression of the angle change of each component is obtained,which lays a foundation for further dynamic analysis.Secondly,Lagrange equation is used to build the dynamic model of the whole mechanism,and Solid-Works was used to building the virtual prototype model of the automobile lifting.The dynamic numerical calculation and virtual simulation were carried out to verify the correctness and effectiveness erf the built kinematic and dynamic model.Given the lifting load range from 1.1t to 3.5t,the required driving torque interval curve is obtained,which provides data reference for practical engineering application.
