摘　　要：任何一个时代的学术建构,总离不开对时代问题的深入考察。在现时代,全人类所面临的最迫切、最根本、最深层的时代问题,是人类将选择何种制度体系、何种发展道路,进而拥有何种命运与未来的问题。资本主义制度暴露出的种种弊病和危机,提醒人类正处于世界历史发展的十字路口。而中国特色社会主义新时代,开创了中国式现代化,创造了人类文明新形态,成为中国人民和中华民族对时代问题作出的响亮回答。这一具有世界历史意义的时代变革及其蕴含的中国方案、中国智慧和中国力量,赋予了建构新时代中国学术的基础、使命和未来。The academic construction of any era is inseparable from a thorough investigation of the issues of the times.What kind of institutional system and development path will be selected,and what fate and future will ensue,have become human’s most urgent,fundamental and profound issues.The new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics has initiated a Chinese path to modernization and created a new form of human advancement,which has become a resounding answer provided by Chinese people to the issues of the times.Thus,this era-changing event of world-historical significance,along with its contained Chinese insight,Chinese input and Chinese strength,endows the foundation,mission,and future for the construction of Chinese academy in the new era.
