摘  要:目的 探究问题教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、案例式教学法(case-based learning,CBL)和团队式教学法(team-based learning,TBL)联合在口腔内科住培教学中的应用及效果。方法 选取2018年9月—2021年9月在中南大学湘雅医院口腔内科住培基地进行住院医师规范培训的学生共计64名,随机分为对照组和试验组各32名。对照组采用以教师教授为主的传统教学法,试验组采用PBL、CBL与TBL联合教学法,通过考核成绩和问卷调查两个方面来评价两组教学效果。结果 在考核成绩方面,PBL、CBL与TBL联合教学法(试验组)住培学生的理论知识考核和操作技能考核成绩分数均高于传统教学法组(对照组),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在问卷调查方面,PBL、CBL与TBL联合教学法(试验组)住培学生的合计分数高于传统教学法组(对照组),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);其中在教学模式评价、学习效果评价和学生满意度评价3个方面的评价分数也都分别高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL、CBL与TBL联合教学法应用在口腔内科住培教学中效果明显优于传统教学法,获得学生的高度认可,能够提升学生对理论知识和实践技能的掌握程度。Objective To explore the application of problem-based learning(PBL) and case-based learning(CBL) integrated with team-based learning(TBL) in oral medicine teaching of resident standardized training stage and its application effect.Methods A total of 64 students who participated in the standardized training of residents in the oral medicine training base were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,32 students in each group.The traditional teaching method which was mainly taught by teachers was adopted in the control group,while the combined teaching method of PBL,CBL and TBL was adopted in the experimental group.Examination results and questionnaire survey were accessed to evaluate the teaching effects of the two groups.Results In terms of examination scores,the scores of theoretical knowledge examination and operational skills examination of the students who lived in the experimental group with PBL,CBL and TBL combined teaching method were higher than those of the traditional teaching method group(control group),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of questionnaire investigation,the total scores of students in the PBL,CBL and TBL combined teaching method(experimental group) were higher than those in the traditional teaching method group(control group),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the scores in teaching mode evaluation,learning effect evaluation and student satisfaction evaluation were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL,CBL and TBL integrated teaching method in oral medicine teaching of resident standardized training stage has obvious effect,which can improve students' mastery of theoretical and practical knowledge,and obtain high recognition from students.
