摘  要:目的 探索传统教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)、3D打印模型辅助基于问题的学习方法(problembased learning,PBL)及案例授课法(case-based learning,CBL)在骨盆恶性肿瘤临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年10月—2022年6月来新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院骨与软组织肿瘤及黑色素瘤科轮转的90名新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院在读研究生为研究对象。根据采用的教学方法分为LBL组、PBL组及CBL组,3组学生均有笔者带教并授予相同的专业课程,课程结束后根据调查问卷及考核成绩评估教学效果。结果 LBL组与PBL组、CBL组满意度相比,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。LBL组综合得分对比PBL组、CBL组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);PBL组综合得分对比CBL组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。LBL组理论考核成绩及实践技能考核成绩对比PBL组、CBL组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在骨盆恶性肿瘤临床教学过程中,3D打印模型辅助CBL教学法有利于营造轻松的学习氛围,能够激发学生的学习积极性并明显提高教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional teaching method(LBL),3D printing model assisted problem-based learning(PBL) and case based learning(CBL) in clinical teaching of pelvic malignant tumors.Methods A total of 90 graduate students who were rotated in department of bone and soft tissue tumor and melanoma of Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into LBL group,PBL group and CBL group according to the teaching methods adopted.The three groups of students were taught by the author and awarded the same professional courses.After the course,the teaching effect was evaluated according to the questionnaire and examination results.Results There were significant differences in satisfaction between LBL group,PBL group and CBL group(P<0.05).The differences of comprehensive scores between PBL group and CBL group in LBL group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of comprehensive scores between PBL group and CBL group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences of theoretical assessment results and practical skills assessment results in the LBL group compared with those in the PBL group and the CBL group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching process of pelvic malignant tumor,3D printing model assisted CBL teaching method is conducive to creating a relaxed learning atmosphere,stimulating students' learning enthusiasm and significantly improving the teaching effect.
