摘  要:目的 分析问题教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在小儿胃肠外科临床教学中对研究生成绩的影响。方法 选择于重庆市医科大学附属儿童医院2020年3月—2022年3月学习的60名儿外科专业型研究生作为研究对象,根据教学方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,各30名,其中对照组学生采用常规教学方案,观察组使用PBL教学法,对比两组学生的教学效果以及对教学的评价。结果 在经过教学考核后,观察组学生的理论考核成绩、病例分析成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);且观察组学生在学习积极性、学习兴趣、学习效率、分析解决问题能力、团队协作以及沟通能力方面的评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在小儿胃肠外科临床教学当中,随着PBL教学法的应用,能够提高学生的学习成绩,同时培养良好的学习态度,加强解决实际分析的能力,以综合的角度促使学生形成临床思维,值得研究和借鉴。Objective To analyze the impact of problembased learning(PBL)on graduate students'performance in clinical teaching of pediatric gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 60 graduate students majoring in pediatric surgery who studied in the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 30 students,based on different teaching methods.The control group used a conventional teaching plan,while the observation group used a PBL teaching method.The teaching effectiveness and evaluation of the two groups of students were compared.Results After the teaching assessment,the theoretical assessment scores and case analysis scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,students in the observation group were better than the control group in learning enthusiasm,learning interest,learning efficiency,problem-solving ability,teamwork and communication ability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of pediatric gastrointestinal surgery,the application of PBL teaching mode can improve students'academic performance,cultivate good learning attitude,strengthen the ability to solve practical analysis,and promote students to form clinical thinking from a comprehensive perspective,which is worthy of study and reference.
