摘 要:目的 探究康复医学科护生教学中应用导学互动加式教育(bridge-in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post-assessment,summary,BOPPPS)结合问题-讨论-指导(problem-discuss-guidance,PDG)教学模式的成效。方法 将2020年9月—2021年8月德阳市人民医院康复医学科的122名护生纳入研究对象,依照随机表法将所有护生分成两组,其中61名开展常规教学的护生为对照组,另外61名开展BOPPPS结合PDG教学模式的护生为试验组,对比不同教学模式对护生理论知识与操作技能考核成绩、课堂成效、护生满意度的影响。结果 试验组护生教学前的实践技能与基础知识考核成绩与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。教学后,试验组的考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组在提升综合分析技能、课堂上有充足的学习时间、较大学习压力、重点突出学习内容、主观能动性占比上,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组90.16%(55/61)护生教学模式满意度明显高于对照组的65.57%(40/61),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复医学科护生教学中应用BOPPPS结合PDG教学模式的成效显著,可提升护生综合实力,而护生也较满意此种教学模式,有利于教学工作的开展。Objective To explore the application of guided interactive plus education(bridge in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post-assessment,summary,BOPPPS)combined problem-discuss-guidance(PDG)teaching mode in the teaching of nursing students in rehabilitation medicine effect.Methods A total of 122 nursing students from the department of rehabilitation medicine of Deyang People's Hospital from September 2020 to August 2021 were included in the study,and all nursing students were divided into two groups according to the random table method,of which 61 nursing students who carried out routine teaching were the control group,and the other 61 nursing students who carried out BOPPPS combined with PDG teaching mode were selected as the experimental group,and the effects of different teaching modes on nursing students'theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment scores,classroom effectiveness,and nursing students'satisfaction were compared.Results Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the practical skills and basic knowledge assessment scores of nursing students in the experimental group before teaching(P>0.05).After teaching,the test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of 90.16%(55/61)nursing students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,65.57%(40/61),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of BOPPPS combined with PDG teaching mode in the teaching of nursing students in rehabilitation medicine is effective,which can improve the comprehensive strength of nursing students,and nursing students are also satisfied with this teaching mode,which is conducive to the development of teaching work.
