摘  要:教学医院是集医教研为一体的机构,临床教学是其重要组成部分,青年教师是临床教学实践的主要实施者,其教学水平是影响教学质量的关键因素之一。因此,青年教师自身教学能力的培养和提升显得尤为重要。文章结合自身教学经历就如何提升青年教师肺功能检查教学能力进行了分析思考和总结,以期为广大青年教师提供参考。青年教师需要夯实临床专业理论及实践基本功,努力学习和掌握多种教学方法,广泛听课和认真备课,总结摸索出适合自身特点的教学技巧,灵活运用多种教学方法,积累教学经验,提升教学能力。同时,青年教师应处理好临床、教学和科研的关系,使其相互促进,形成良性循环。最后,应建立教学考评机制,对教师的教学质量进行有效评价,以评促教。A teaching hospital is an institution integrating medicine,teaching and research,and clinical teaching is an important part of it.Young teachers are the main implementers of clinical teaching practice,and their teaching level is one of the key factors affecting teaching quality.Therefore,it is particularly important for young teachers to cultivate and improve their own teaching ability.Based on the author's own teaching experience,the paper analyzed,reflected on and summarized how to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in pulmonary function test,hoping to provide reference for the majority of young teachers.First,young teachers need to consolidate the basic skills of clinical professional theory and practice,study hard and master a variety of teaching methods,listen extensively to lectures and prepare lessons carefully,sum up and explore teaching skills suitable for their own characteristics,flexibly use various teaching methods,accumulate teaching experience and improve teaching ability.In the meantime,young teachers should properly deal with the relationship among clinical practice,teaching and scientific research,so as to promote each other and form a virtuous circle.Finally,it is necessary to establish a teaching evaluation mechanism to effectively evaluate teachers' teaching quality so as to promote teaching through evaluation.
