摘　　要：进入新时代,我国美育事业发展日新月异。适逢西南联大建校85周年,西南大学举办“发扬西南联大精神暨新时代学校美育学术研讨会”,230位专家学者与会发言,总结了西南联大美育先驱的思想和卓越贡献,重申美育本质及其在人发展中的作用,并对新时期美学与美育、美育的生理与心理机制、学校美育和社会美育的理论与实践以及美育教学等宏观、微观问题进行探讨分享,提出美育的科学教育路径和社会生活路径,为我国美育事业的进一步发展提供了诸多参考。In the new era,China s aesthetic education is developing rapidly.On the 85th anniversary of the founding of National South-West Associated University,“The Symposium on Carrying Forward the Spirit of National South-West Associated University and School Aesthetic Education in the New Era”was held in Southwest University and 230 experts and scholars attended the conference and made speeches,summarizing the thoughts and outstanding contributions of the pioneers of aesthetic education in National South-West Associated University,and reiterating the essence of aesthetic education and its role in human development.It also discusses macro and micro issues such as aesthetics and aesthetic education in the new era,the physiological and psychological mechanisms of aesthetic education,the theory and practice of school aesthetic education and social aesthetic education,and aesthetic education teaching,etc.Moreover,the scientific education path and social life path of aesthetic education are proposed,which provides references for the further development of aesthetic education in China.
