摘　　要：高校图书馆的决策情报服务可以为学科建设提供科学依据,是图书馆服务转型的重要方向之一。文章以地方院校的决策情报服务为例,从科研生产力、科研影响力、科研创新力以及学科潜力值4个方面分析了湖南理工学院的学科发展现状和潜力学科,可以为学科发展提供合理且科学的决策支持,并针对地方院校图书馆的决策情报服务质量提升提出思考。The decision-making information service of university library can provide scientific basis for discipline construction and is one of the important directions of library service transformation.Taking the decision-making information service of local colleges and universities as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and potential disciplines of the discipline development of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology from four aspects:scientific research productivity,scientific research influence,scientific research innovation and discipline potential value,which can provide reasonable and scientific decision-making support for the discipline development;it also puts forward some thoughts on improving the quality of decision-making information service in local university libraries.
