摘  要:教育是人才培养的关键,提高人才培养质量是教育强国的应有之义。教育强国建设需要正视教育领域人才及其培养与工作实践人才需求之间存在的差距,需要意识到教育在人才培养上的局限与偏差,或者说人才培养上的不足与挑战。在世界百年未有之大变局与全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的背景下,教育领域必须按照新时代国家现代化发展新需求,以新发展理念为原则,全面推进教育“自我革命”,提高教育的人才培养质量和对社会的贡献度。Education is the key to talent training,and improving the quality of talent training is the due meaning of a powerful Chinese educational system.However,in order to build a powerful Chinese educational system,it is necessary to admit and face up to the gaps between the talents and talent training in the education and the talent requirements in the workforce world and be aware of the limitations and deviations of education in talent training,or the deficiencies and challenges in talent training.Under the background of the great changes unseen in the world in a century and the promotion of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in an all-round way,education must follow the new needs of national modernization in the new era and the principle of the new development concept,comprehensively promote the"self-revohition"of education,and improve the quality of talent training and its contribution to society.
