"一带一路"视域下地方高校复合应用型外语人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议的日益深入给外语专业人才培养提出了更高要求,对地方高校而言,既是机遇又是挑战。以地方综合性大学聊城大学为例,结合当前地方高校外语专业人才培养中的问题,进行基于“OBE”理念的“五体共育、多维联动”复合应用型外语人才培养模式的建构,围绕培养目标、课程体系、教学方法、师资队伍建设、教学质量评价、研究中心建设等方面进行建设,使外语专业发展与人才培养目标高度一致,旨在深化地方高校外语人才培养改革,为“一带一路”倡议提供更加优质的语言服务。The deepening of"Belt and Road Initiative"has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of foreign language talents.For local universities,it is both an opportunity and a challenge.Taking Liaocheng University,a local comprehensive university,as an example,in combination with the current problems in cultivating foreign language talents in local colleges and universities,this paper aims to build a"Five-goal coeducation,Multi-dimensional measures"cultivating mode for interdisciplinary application-oriented talents of foreign languages based on the"OBE"concept,focusing on the cultivation objects,curriculum system,teaching methods,construction of teaching staff,teaching quality evaluation,research center construction,etc.The purpose is to make foreign professional development highly consistent with talent cultivating goals,to deepen the reform of the cultivation of foreign language talents in local universities,and to provide better language services for"Belt and Road Initiative".
