思政课教师素养的测评指标、观测点与应然表现

摘　　要：思政课教师素养的测评指标包括政治、情怀、思维、视野、自律、人格。这六个测评指标的测评观测点分别是:坚定马克思主义信仰,善于从政治上看问题,无疑惑;家国情怀,传道情怀,仁爱情怀;学会辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义,善于运用创新思维和辩证思维,善于运用矛盾分析方法;知识视野,国际视野,历史视野;政治上不胆大,不胆小;堂堂正正的人格,学识魅力,思想境界和语言魅力,修身修为。通过对每个测评观测点的分析,凝炼出思政课教师素养测评的应然表现:“政治要强”“情怀要深”“思维要新”“视野要广”“自律要严”“人格要正”。The evaluation indicators of ideological and political teachers’quality include politics,emotions,thinking,vision,self-discipline,and personality.The evaluation observation points of these six evaluation indicators are:firm belief in Marxism,good at seeing issues from a political perspective,without doubt;family and country feelings,preaching feelings,benevolence feelings;learning dialectical materialism and historical materialism,being good at using innovative and dialectical thinking,and being good at using contradiction analysis methods;knowledge perspective,international perspective,historical perspective;politically not bold or timid;open and upright personality,intellectual charm,ideological realm and language charm,and cultivation.Through the analysis of each evaluation observation point,it is summarized that the expected performance of ideological and political teachers’quality evaluation is:“strong politics”,“deep emotions”,“new thinking”,“wide vision”,“strict self-discipline”,and“correct personality”.
