摘  要:文章通过问卷调查与实况调查的研究方法,调查古琴和钢琴两种艺术在北京特定青少年群体中传承与发展的情况,并进一步分析其中的原因。文章在分析的基础上,以新加坡等地促进传统文化传承的文化政策和民间措施为例,结合国内当前文化传承现状,为促进以古琴为代表的中国传统文化在中国的传承及发展提供基于习近平建设“社会主义文化新繁荣”理论的分析与建议。同时,文章结合二十大提出的“推进文化自信自强,铸就社会主义文化新辉煌”的目标,从“文化安全”、“乡村振兴”和“文化输出”三个方面讨论以古琴为例的传统音乐文化的传承与发展在建设社会主义新文化中的远期贡献和意义。This paper uses questionnaires and fact-finding as research methods to investigate the phenomenon of the inheritance and development of Guqin and Piano,among specific youth groups in Beijing and further analyzes the reasons.In terms of preliminary analysis,taking the cultural policies and folk measures which to promote the inheritance of traditional culture in Singapore,and other places as examples,this paper discusses how to promote the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese culture represented in China.It also puts for-ward an argument for the existing research paradigm based on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s theory of“New Prosperity of Socialist Culture”.At the same time,in order to promote the goal of“promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improvement and creating a new glory of socialist culture”proposed by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper further discusses the long-term contribution and significance of the inheritance and development of traditional music culture from the three aspects of“cultural security”,“rural revitalization”and“cultural product export”.
