摘  要:国家职业教育的高质量均衡发展是我国经济社会发展的重要支撑,但均衡发展并非自动、自发地完成。数据分析显示在国家职业教育“双高计划”等政策的影响下,北京地区高职院校出现非均衡发展的态势。推动职业教育高质量均衡发展,需要在支持“双高校”发展的基础上,推进院校间打破组织界限、提升院校关联度,促进示范效应的发生;还需要促进“非双高校”积极参与全民终身教育、中国特色学徒制实践,探索高水平技能型大学的差异化发展。The high-quality and balanced development of national vocational education is an important support for China,s economic and social development.Balanced development is not automatic and spontaneous.The analysis data show that under the background of the“Double-high Level Project”of national vocational education,there is a trend of unbalanced development in higher vocational colleges in Beijing.To promote the high-quality and balanced development of vocational education,in addition to supporting the development of“high-quality colleges”,we need to promote the breaking of organizational boundaries among colleges,including improving the relevance of colleges,in order to promote the occurrence of the demonstration effect.More importantly,it is necessary to promote other colleges to actively participate in lifelong education for all and the practice of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,and explore the differentiated development path of high-level skilled universities.
