摘 要:PIWI蛋白相互作用RNA(PIWI-interacting RNA,piRNA)是一类长度18~31 nt的非编码RNA。这类RNA可以通过沉默转座子来维持基因组的完整性,并具有调控下游靶基因的转录和全基因组的DNA的甲基化状态的作用。近年来,研究发现piRNA在肿瘤中的异常表达与肿瘤的预后显著相关。piRNA主要通过影响基因组完整性等方式参与包括肿瘤在内的多种疾病的发生和发展过程。本文重点围绕近年来取得的研究进展,对肿瘤相关piRNA分子机制进行深入阐述,旨在为肿瘤精准诊疗提供新思路。PIWI-interacting RNA(piRNA)is a non-coding RNA with a length of 18~31 nt.It can maintain the integrity of the genome by silencing transposons and has the function of regulating the transcription of downstream target genes and the methylation state of genome-wide DNA.In recent years,abnormal expression of piRNA in tumors has been found to be significantly correlated with tumor prognosis.piRNAs take part in the development and progression of many diseases,including tumors,by affecting the integrity of the genome.Focusing on the research progress made in recent years,this paper elaborates the molecular mechanism of piRNA related to tumor in depth,aiming to provide new ideas for accurate diagnosis and treatment of tumor.
