摘　　要：目的探讨β-地中海贫血患者外周血miR-129-5p的水平及临床意义。方法收集2021年1月至12月在福建省妇幼保健院就诊的32例β-地贫患者和30例正常对照的外周血标本,检测miR-129-5p表达水平,分析miR-129-5p水平与贫血的相关性以及在β-地贫中的临床诊断价值。结果与正常对照组相比,β-地贫患者的miR-129-5p表达量明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);miR-129-5p高表达组其Hb、MCV及MCH显著低于miR-129-5p低表达组(P<0.05),miR-129-5p高表达组的贫血程度也更严重。ROC曲线分析显示,miR-129-5p区分β-地中海贫血患者和正常对照的AUC值为0.8348,灵敏度为71.88%,特异度为85.71%。结论miR-129-5p在β-地中海贫血患者外周血中高表达,与贫血程度密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-129-5p in peripheral blood of patients withβ-thalassemia.Methods We collected peripheral blood specimens from 32 patients withβ-thalassemia and 30normal controls attending Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2021 to detect miR-129-5p expression levels and analyze the correlation between miR-129-5p levels and anemia and the clinical diagnostic value inβ-thalassemia.Results Compared with normal controls,miR-129-5p expression was significantly increased inβ-thalassemia patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hb,MCV and MCH were significantly lower in the miR-129-5p high expression group than in the miR-129-5p low expression group(P<0.05),and the degree of anemia was also more severe in the miR-129-5p high expression group.ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC value for miR-129-5p to differentiateβ-thalassemia patients from normal controls was 0.8348,with a sensitivity of 71.88%and specificity of 85.71%.Conclusion miR-129-5p is highly expressed in the peripheral blood ofβ-thalassemia patients,correlates with anemia.
