摘  要:地方高师院校教师教育专业集群建设具有重要现实意义,是促进大学人才培养目标和培养过程质量的重要媒介。地方高师院校教师教育专业集群建设应当立足于高师院校培养目标开展教师教育专业集群的顶层设计,致力于特色发展建设进而激发教师教育专业集群的内生建设力,补齐学科建设短板以优化教师教育专业集群的研究环境条件,完善评价体系以助力教师教育专业集群建设的可持续改进。The construction of teacher education professional cluster in local normal universities is of great practical significance,which is an important medium to promote the quality of talents training objectives and training process.The construction should be based on the training objectives of normal colleges and universities,carry out the top-level design of teacher education professional clusters,commit itself to the characteristic development and construction to stimulate the endogenous construction of teacher education professional clusters,make up the weaknesses of discipline construction,so as to optimize the research environment conditions of teacher education professional clusters,and improve the evaluation system to help the sustainable improvement of teacher education professional cluster construction.
