摘　　要：2023年1月,由中国医师协会妇产科医师分会妇科肿瘤学组联合中国初级卫生保健基金会妇科肿瘤专业委员会牵头,组织国内妇科肿瘤学、病理学、分子生物学等55位专家制定并发布了《Lynch综合征相关性子宫内膜癌筛查与防治中国专家共识》(以下简称《临床共识》)。本《临床共识》对Lynch综合征相关性子宫内膜癌的命名演变、发病机制、诊断流程、临床表现特征、病理学特征、筛查及预防策略、治疗等进行了专家共识推荐,旨在更好地指导临床实践。在此,本文从以下几个方面对本《临床共识》的内容进行解读。In January 2023,led by the Gynecologic Oncology Panel of the Obstetricians and Gynecologists Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association and the Gynecological Oncology Professional Committee of the China Primary Health Care Foundation,55 domestic experts in gynecological oncology,pathology and molecular biology were organized to formulate and publish the Chinese Expert Consensus on Screening,Prevention and Treatment of Endometrial Cancer Associated with Lynch Syndrome(hereinafter referred to as the‘clinical consensus’).This clinical consensus recommends the nomenclature evolution,pathogenesis,diagnostic process,clinicopathological features,screening and prevention strategies,and treatments of Lynch syndromeassociated endometrial cancer,aiming at better guiding clinical practice.Here,this article interprets the contents of this clinical consensus from several aspects.
