贾孟辉运用“医易象数相参”思想诊疗疾病之偶得

摘　　要：文章介绍了贾孟辉教授采用“医易象数相参”思想诊疗顽固性呃逆的经过,体现了其临证善于医易相参,针药结合,活用象数的诊疗特点。贾教授指出,医易本为一体,象、数实为一家,可互相参合为用。应用该思想于临证中往往能达到洞若观火,治病求本的目的。采用医易象数相参思想诊疗疾病,临床疗效显著,值得深入探讨。This article introduces the process of Professor JIA Menghui’s diagnosis and treatment of intractable hiccups with the idea of“coherence between medicine,image and number”,which reflects his clinical characteristics of being good at combining medicine with medicine,combining acupuncture and medicine,and using images and numbers.Professor JIA pointed out that medicine and Yi are basically one body,and images and numbers are actually one family,which can be used in combination with each other.Applying this idea in clinical practice can often achieve the purpose of seeing the fire clearly and seeking the root of the disease.Diagnosis and treatment of diseases by using the idea of medical-easy-image-number correlation has remarkable clinical curative effect and is worthy of further discussion.
