摘　　要：闽北乌龙茶初制加工工艺复杂,机械化、自动化、数字化程度低,劳动强度大。文章简述了物联网的概况、在茶叶加工及茶产业中的应用,从实际工作角度分析物联网技术在闽北乌龙茶初制设备中的运用及原理,并提出开发物联网关键技术实现闽北乌龙茶柔性生产线的展望,以期能提升闽北乌龙茶的初制水平,促进闽北乌龙茶初制朝着自动化、信息化、智能化方向发展。The initial processing process of northern Fujian Oolong tea is complex,the degree of mechanical automation and digitization is low,and the labor intensity is high.The article briefly described the definition of the Internet of Things and its application in tea processing and tea industry,analyzed the principle of the Internet of Things technology in the initial production equipment of northern Fujian Oolong tea from the perspective of practical work,and explored the prospect of developing key technologies of the Internet of Things to realize the flexible production line of northern Fujian Oolong tea,in order to improve the initial production level of northern Fujian Oolong tea and promote the development of the initial production of northern Fujian Oolong tea towards the direction of automation,informatization and intelligence.
