摘 要:通过对现阶段食品加工专业核心专业课程“功能食品”教学现状的有效分析,结合世行贷款能力本位课程建设项目中积极教学法的学习培训,介绍了积极教学法及课程实施要点,阐述了积极教学法对“功能食品”课程教学改革的启示,得到了一些应用实施的步骤和内容。In this essay,we analyze the current teaching status of the core professional course Functional Food combing with the learning training of active teaching method in the WB loan competency-based curriculum construction project.We introduced the active teaching method and the key points of curriculum implementation.The inspiration of the active teaching method to the teaching reforming of the course Functional Food was explained,from which we obtained the steps and contents of application implementation.
