摘　　要：以成果导向教育理念(OBE)为指导,结合超星网络教学平台,对“肉品工艺学”课程进行了基于学生成果导向的教学设计、教学内容、教学方法、教学过程管理及课程考核等方面的探索和实践。实践证明,以成果为导向的教学不仅能有效调动学生学习积极性,保证该课程的教学效果,更能促进学生专业实践能力及解决实际问题能力的提升,以更好地实现人才培养目标。Guided by the concept of results-oriented education(OBE)and combined with the superstar online teaching platform,this paper explored and practices the teaching design,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching process management and course assessment of the course of Meat Technology based on students'results-oriented.Practice had proved that results-oriented teaching can not only effectively mobilize students'learning enthusiasm and ensure the teaching effect of this course,but also promote students'professional practice ability and ability to solve practical problems,so as to better achieve the goal of talent training.
