摘　　要：畜牧微生物学实验是巩固和完善理论教学的重要保障,在提高学生实验操作技能、锻炼学生科学思维能力、提升科学素养等方面具有不可替代的作用。针对传统实验教学过程中存在的一系列问题,许多院校通过优化整合实验项目、改变教学模式、灵活调整教学时间和改革考核形式等方式进行一系列的改革,取得良好的教学效果。随着信息技术的快速发展以及教学模式的不断改进和完善,将实验教学中无法开展的实验项目移植到虚拟仿真平台上,以“线下实验室+虚拟仿真”相结合的模式完成实验教学,或许会成为未来发展的一个重要方向。Animal husbandry microbiology experiment is an important guarantee for consolidating and improving theoretical teaching,and it play an irreplaceable role in improving students'experimental operation skills,exercising scientific thought and improving scientific literacy.In view of a series of problems existing in the traditional experimental teaching mode.many universities have carried out a series of reforms such as optimizing and integrating experimental projects,changing teaching modes,flexibly adjusting teaching time and reforming assessment forms,and it have achieved remarkable results.Along with the rapid development of information technology and the continuous improvement of teaching mode,the experimental projects that cannot be carried out in the laboratory are transplanted to the virtual simulation platform,and the combination of“offline laboratory+virtual simulation”may become an important development direction.
