摘　　要：面对新的科技革命和产业变革,急需培养具有创新创业能力、全球胜任力和解决复杂工程问题能力的高级工程技术人才。为建设一流的高分子材料与工程专业、培养一流的本科人才,四川大学高分子科学与工程学院坚持世界一流、中国特色、川大风格的专业建设方针,以“立德树人”为根本,以“课程思政”建设为抓手,以优化课程体系、完善教学体系为支撑,以教研相长、产教融合、国际合作等方式为手段,初步构建了全要素、全课程、全师资、全过程、全方位、全方式的“六全”人才培养模式。本研究对于高校一流人才的培养具有一定的借鉴意义和推广价值。In the face of the new scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,it is urgent to cultivate engineering talents with innovation and entrepreneurship ability,global competency and the ability to solve complex engineering problems.In order to build a first-class polymer materials and engineering major and cultivate first-class undergraduate talents,the college of polymer science and engineering of Sichuan University adheres to the major construction principles of world-class,Chinese characteristics and Sichuan University style,and preliminarily constructs the“six whole”talent training mode of the whole elements,the whole curriculum,the whole teachers,the whole process,the whole direction and the whole way with“strengthening morality education”as the foundation,the curriculum ideological and political construction as the starting point,the optimization of curriculum system and improvement of teaching system as the support,the facilitation of teaching and research work,integration of production and education and international cooperation as means.This research has certain reference significance and promotion value for the training of first-class talents in universities.
