摘 要:产教融合是推进职业技术教育发展提出的核心指导理念。从字面和引申义解释产教融合背景下实施多元主体教学评价的内涵要旨。从政府、社会、学校、教师、学生角度探析产教融合背景下实施多元主体教学评价的意义。聚焦政府层面、社会层面、学校层面、教师层面与学生层面审思产教融合背景下实施多元主体评价所出现的问题包括:政府组织参与力度不够,社会企业单位性质不均衡,学校对教学评价反馈不及时,学生主体地位易忽视。以工程造价专业为例,提出产教融合下实施多元主体评价的原则包含评价多元原则、评价科学原则、评价平等原则,根据问题与原则做出改进措施有:加强顶层设计,强化合作共赢,构建校内多元主体平台,鼓励教师企业实践和为学生建立良好的评价环境。The integration of industry and education is the core guiding concept to promote the development of vocational education.This paper explains the meaning of implementing plural subject teaching evaluation under the background of integration of industry and education from the literal and extended sense.From the perspective of government,society,schools,teachers and students,this paper explores the significance of implementing plural subject teaching evaluation in the context of integration of production and teaching.Focusing on the government,society,schools,teachers and students,the problems arising from the implementation of plural subject evaluation under the background of integration industry and education include:insufficient participation of government organizations,unbalanced nature of social enterprises,untimely feedback from schools on teaching evaluation,and easy neglect of students'dominant position.Taking engineering cost as an example,this paper proposes that the principles of implementing the plural subject evaluation under the integration of industry and education include:plural subject evaluation,scientific evaluation,and equal evaluation.According to the problems and principles,the improvement measures are to strengthen top-level design,consolidate win-win cooperation,build a plural subject platform in the school,and encourage teachers to participate in enterprise practice and set up an favorable evaluation environment for students.
