摘　　要：习近平人民利益观有其内在的生成逻辑。对马克思主义人民利益思想和中国化马克思主义人民利益思想的赓续与创新是其生成的理论逻辑,对中国共产党实现人民利益实践的承继与坚守是其生成的实践逻辑。习近平总书记人民利益观高屋建瓴、逻辑严密,其理论要义在于:推动经济高质量发展,夯实人民利益实现的经济根基;发展社会主义民主政治,完备人民利益实现的政治前提;推进社会主义文化创新发展,涵养人民利益实现的精神魂魄;加强社会主义社会建设,筑牢人民利益实现的社会条件;推进生态文明建设,创设人民利益实现的生态依托等。习近平人民利益观意蕴丰富、价值深邃,为中国人民谋幸福标定前行航向,为中华民族谋复兴擘画锦绣蓝图,为世界人民谋大同贡献中国智慧。General Secretary Xi Jinping's view of people's interests has its own generative logic.The continuation and innovation of Marxist thought of people's interests and sinicized Marxist thought of people's interests are the theoretical logic of this view's generation.Inheriting and sticking to the practice in realizing people's interests of the Communist Party of China is the practical logic of this view's generation.General Secretary Xi Jinping's view of people's interests is strategic and logical.The theoretical essence of this view is as follows:promoting high-quality economic development is the economic foundation for consolidating people's interests;developing socialist democracy is the political prerequisite for improving people's interests;promoting the innovative development of socialist culture is the spirit for protecting people's interests;strengthening socialist social development is the social condition for solidly building people's interests;promoting ecological progress is the ecological support for creating people's interests.General Secretary Xi Jinping's view of people's interests is strategic,logical and valuable and it sets the course that seeks happiness for the people of China,draws a blueprint for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and contributes Chinese wisdom to the greater unity of the people of the world.
