摘 要:研讨式教学是高校培养高质量人才、建设一流本科课程的重要手段,是实施课程思政的重要路径。基于“医学伦理学”课程研究,对在新形势下如何发挥研讨式教学效能进行了实践探索。针对大班研讨不平衡、不充分等问题,对课程进行了科学设计和组织,包括教学理念发展树立、教学内容梳理设定、教学方式改进创新、教学模式形成闭环。实践结果表明,研讨式教学应用于大班授课可以提高学生学习的内生动力,增强调查研究和分析问题的能力,提升教师的教学创新能力和解决生成性问题的能力,增进师生及生生之间的亲厚关系,体现课程思政的内涵要求。在未来的应用中,应注意更新教学理念、拓展教学形式、细化教学设计、优化效果检验以及构建理想的教学环境。Seminar teaching is an important means for universities to cultivate high-quality talents and build first-class undergraduate courses and also an important way to implement“curriculum ideology and politics”.Based on the Medical Ethics course,a practical exploration is made on how to exert the effectiveness of seminar teaching under the new situation.In order to solve the problems of imbalance and insufficiency of teaching in large classes,the course is scientifically designed and organized,including the development and establishment of teaching concepts,the sorting and setting of teaching content,the improvement and innovation of teaching methods,and the formation of closed-loop teaching modes.The results show that the application of seminar teaching in large classes can improve the intrinsic motivation of students’learning,enhance the ability of investigation,research and analyzing problems,improve teachers’teaching innovation ability and the ability to solve generative problems,improve the teacher-teacher relationship and the student-student relationship,and reflect the intrinsic requirements of“curriculum ideology and politics”.In the future application,attention should be paid to updating the teaching concept,expanding the teaching form,refining the teaching design,optimizing the test of teaching effect,and building an ideal teaching environment.
