摘　　要：近些年,我国高校心理健康教育发展迅速,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但仍存在一些问题。对此,结合传统文化中所蕴含的心理健康思想,探究传统文化中心理教育思想存在的问题和弊端,提出科学合理的心理教育与传统文化的融合路径,以期提高高校学生的心理健康水平,推动我国心理健康教育事业的健康发展。In recent years,mental health education in colleges and universities in China has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results,but there are still some problems.In this regard,combined with the mental health ideas contained in excellent traditional culture,this paper explores the problems and drawbacks of psychological education in traditional culture,and puts forward a scientific and reasonable integration path of psychological education and traditional culture,in order to improve the mental health level of college students and promote the healthy development of mental health education in China.
