摘 要:本土化是实现中文融入各国教育的重要路径,是国际中文教育高质量发展的重要体现。其中,师资的本土化是国际中文教育本土化发展的重中之重。在当前新形势下,如何结合混合学习环境,面向不同国家开展本土中文师资培训,尚缺乏明确有效的模式和路径。在考察当前本土中文教师培养培训现状、方式及面临的新形势、新需求基础上,探讨混合学习理念应用于本土中文师资培训的可行性,设计“线上+线下”“自学+面授”相结合的混合式本土师资培训模式及实施路径,以期提升本土中文师资培训规模和质量,提高培训效能。Localization is an important way to realize the integration of Chinese into the education of other countries,and an important reflection of the high-quality development of international Chinese education,among which the localization of teachers is the top priority in the development of the localization of international Chinese language education.Under the current new situation,there is still a lack of clear and effective model and way for training local Chinese teachers in different countries in a blended learning environment.Based on an investigation of the current status quo,methods,and new situations and demands faced by local Chinese teacher training,this paper explores the feasibility of applying the blended learning concept to local Chinese teacher training,and designs a hybrid local teacher training model and an implementation way that combines“online+offline”and“self-study+face-to-face teaching”,in order to increase the scale and quality of local Chinese teacher training and improve the training efficiency.
