发现学习理论下成人高等教育发展路径探究

摘  要:发现学习理论作为一种重要的教与学的方法,其中蕴含的实用性、主动性、创新性、过程性等价值内蕴与成人高等教育的发展需求不谋而合,对我国成人高等教育的发展具有一定的参考价值。当前我国成人高等教育存在教育目的的功利性僭越了知识的实用性,教学内容的枯燥性破坏了学习的主动性,教学模式的传统性消磨了学生的创新性,教学评价的终结性忽视了发展的过程性等现实问题,积极解决目前存在的问题,探索成人高等教育新的发展路径是当务之急。进一步明确成人高等教育的办学意义,改变成人高等教育的教学模式,提高成人高等教育的质量标准,完善成人高等教育的评价体系是新时代推动成人高等教育发展的必由之路。The theory of discovery learning,as an important method of teaching and learning,contains the value connotation of practicality,initiative,innovation and process,which coincides with the development of adult higher education,and provides a guidance for the development of adult higher education in our country.At present,there are some practical problems in adult higher education in China,such as the utilitarianism of educational purposes that overlooks the practicality of knowledge,the dryness of teaching content that undermines the initiative of learning,the traditionalism of teaching models that erodes the creativity of students,and the finality of teaching evaluation that ignores the process of development.It is urgent to actively solve the current problems and explore new development paths for adult higher education.Further clarifying the significance of adult higher education,changing the teaching mode of adult higher education,improving the quality standards of adult higher education,and improving the evaluation system of adult higher education are the only way to promote the development of adult higher education in the new era.
