摘  要:采用响应面法优化超声波辅助纤维素酶提取苦荞多糖,考查纤维素酶添加量、料液比及提取时间各因素对苦荞多糖提取率的影响。在此基础上,以提取率为评价指标进行响应面法分析试验。结果表明:苦荞多糖的最佳提取工艺为纤维素酶含量1.0%、料液比1∶26(g/mL)、超声辅助提取时间48 min,在此条件下苦荞多糖得率达到34.51%,与预测值35.36%的相对误差为2.46%。该方法稳定可靠,研究结果可为苦荞多糖的提取工艺提供参考。Response surface methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the ultrasonic–assisted cellulase extraction process of polysaccharides from Fagopyrum tataricum.the effects of cellulase dosage,solid-liquid ratio,and extraction time on the extrac⁃tion rate of polysaccharides were investigated.On the basis,the extraction rate was taken as the evaluation index to perform the RSM analysis experiment.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were cellulase content 1.0%,solid-liquid ra⁃tio 1:26(g/mL),and ultrasonic-assisted extraction time 48 min.Under these conditions,the yield of polysaccharides was 34.51%,and the relative error with the predicted value of 35.36%was 2.46%.The method was stable and reliable,and the re⁃search results could provide technical reference for the extraction of polysaccharides from Fagopyrum tataricum.
