摘　　要：高职院校教师团队建设作为双高计划的一个重要建设方面,通过促进合作、改善沟通和提高整体工作环境来为高职院校的成功作出贡献。本文介绍了师资队伍建设的全过程,并根据Tuckman团队发展模型制定框架模型,本研究将集中在教师团队的建设、教师团队的实践及自我完善。该研究成果为制定更加高效、更有创新力的教师团队提供依据,该研究成果将最终有利于高职院校的可持续发展。Higher vocational colleges benefit from faculty team building,a crucial aspect of the double-high plan's design,by encouraging collaboration,strengthening communication,and improving the overall work environment.This essay develops a framework model based on the Tuckman Team Development Model and outlines the entire process of creating faculty teams.This study will concentrate on self-improvement,faculty team formation,and faculty team practice.The findings from the research serve as a foundation for creating faculty teams that are more effective and creative,which will ultimately help higher vocational colleges develop sustainably.
