摘 要:目的:应用德尔菲法对护理学硕士研究生护理研究方法课程内容进行重构,为提升硕士研究生科研能力提供参考。方法:应用德尔菲法对20名护理领域的专家就重构的护理学硕士研究生护理研究方法课程内容框架进行专家函询。结果:共进行了2轮专家函询,专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.86。重构的护理学硕士研究生护理研究方法课程内容框架共包括6章、18节。结论:重构的护理学硕士研究生护理研究方法课程具有较好的可靠性,对培养硕士研究生的科研能力具有较好的导向作用,对发展高层次、应用型护理专业人才具有重要的现实意义。Objective:The Delphi method was applied to reconstruct the course content of"Nursing Research Method"for master students of nursing,in order to provide reference for improving the scientific research ability of postgraduates.Methods:The Delphi method was applied to conduct 20 experts in the field of nursing on the content framework of the reconstructed"Nursing Research Methods"for master students of nusring.Results:There were two rounds of expert consultation.The expert positivity coefficient of 2 rounds of expert letter questionnaires were all 100.00%.The expert authority coefficients was 0.86.The reconstructed content framework of"Nursing Research Methods"for master students of nursing included 6 chapters and 18 sections.Conclusions:The reconstructed curriculum of"Nursing Research Methods"for master students of nursing had good reliability,which had a good guiding role in cultivating the scientific research ability of master students,and had great practical significance for the development of high⁃level and applied nursing professionals.
