摘  要:目的:构建基于岗位需求的健康管理型护理本科毕业生培养质量评价体系。方法:采用德尔菲专家函询法,结合文献查阅、半结构式访谈法与国家有关人才职业技能标准初步构建培养质量评价指标,基于此形成专家函询表,通过2轮专家函询及学生参与预试验形成毕业生培养质量评价体系。结果:2轮专家问卷回收率均为100%,专家的权威系数为0.855,2轮三级指标的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.275,0.248(均P<0.001)。最终构建的基于岗位需求的健康管理型护理本科毕业生培养质量评价体系包含基础知识要求、职业道德要求、核心技能要求、职业发展能力4个一级指标、10个二级指标、33个三级指标。结论:本研究构建的健康管理型护理本科毕业生培养质量评价体系制定方法科学、内容全面合理,专业特色突出,可为完善健康管理型护理本科生培养方案提供新思路和依据。Objective:To construct a training quality evaluation system for health management nursing undergraduates based on job requirements.Methods:Using the Delphi expert consultation,combined with the literature review,semi⁃structured interview,and national professional skill standards for talents,the evaluation index of training quality was preliminarily constructed.Based on this,an expert letter inquiry table was formed.The training quality evaluation system for health management nursing undergraduates based on job requirements was formed through two rounds of expert consultation and pre⁃test with undergraduates.Results:The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,the authority coefficient of the experts was 0.855,and the Kendall coordination coefficients of the two rounds were 0.275 and 0.248,respectively(both P<0.001).The final constructed training quality evaluation system for health management nursing graduates based on job requirements included 4 first⁃level indicators(basic knowledge requirements,professional ethics requirements,core skills requirements,and career development ability),10 second⁃level indicators,and 33 third⁃level indicators index.Conclusions:The formulating methods of the training quality evaluation system for health management nursing graduates based on job requirements was scientific,the content was comprehensive and reasonable,and the professional characteristics were outstanding,which could provide new ideas and a basis for improving the training program of health management nursing undergraduates.
