摘  要:对安徽某高校烹饪与营养教育专业2015—2017年毕业生就业状况进行研究分析,结果表明:受传统观念影响,该专业对口就业率不高、就业稳定性不强、升学(考研)率不高。基于此,提出三点建议:强化招生、就业与人才培养联动机制;以就业为导向,厘清“专业-产业-就业”发展链条;以可持续性发展为目标,提升学生综合素养水平。This paper analyzes the employment situation of the graduates of cuisine and nutrition education major in a university in Anhui Province from 2015 to 2017.The results show that due to the influence of traditional concepts,the employment rate of this major is not high;The employment stability is not strong,and the rate of entering a higher university(postgraduate)is not high.Based on this,three suggestions are put forward as follows.Universities should strengthen the linkage mechanism of enrollment,employment and talent training;Universities should be employment-oriented and clarify the development chain of“specialty-industry-employment”;Universities should operate with the goal of sustainable development and improve students’comprehensive quality.
