摘 要:“互联网+”时代公众对优质在线教学和个性化学习服务的需求日益强烈,且大规模在线教学实践也暴露出忽略学习过程与需求的问题,这些都对在线学习支持提出了新的挑战。本文依托于cMOOC“‘互联网+教育’与教育数字化转型”课程中主题四“在线学习支持服务”的博客与讨论,从学习者、教学者、在线教学平台三个方面探究在线学习支持服务所面临的挑战,指出学习支持服务存在学习者自主学习能力不足、教学者教学理念落后、平台友好性不足等问题。基于此进一步提出未来的发展趋势与实践策略:将学习支持融入课程设计与实施,整合社会资源驱动服务分工体系与服务机制变革,通过基于数据的学情分析提升服务的精准性与个性化。期望为未来的优质在线学习支持服务提供有价值的思路和启示。In the “Internet Plus” Era, the public has an increasingly demand for high-quality online teaching and personalized learning services, whereas large-scale online teaching practices problems exist including neglecting of learning processes and needs. This present new challenges to online learning support. Based on the blog and discussion on Theme Four “Online Learning Support Services” of cMOOC“‘Internet plus Education’ and Education Digital Transformation” Course, challenges faced by online learning support services from the perspective of learners, educators and learning platforms are discussed, such as insufficient autonomous learning ability,backward teaching philosophy, and insufficient platform friendliness. Combined with typical cases, future development trend and practice strategies are put forward: integrating learning support into curriculum design and implementation, integrating social resources to drive service division system and service mechanism reform, and improving the accuracy and personalizsation of services through data-based learning analysis. Valuable ideas and inspirations for future quality online learning support services is expected.
