摘  要:为提升高速动车组在既有客运专线和高速线路之间跨线运行时的车辆运行稳定性和乘客乘坐舒适性,文章基于H∞控制设计研制了一种半主动横向减振系统,该系统主要由控制器、减振器、车体加速度传感器、活塞位移传感器组成。为了验证半主动横向减振系统的性能,将其搭载于某高速动车组进行整车滚振试验,通过施加武广线路谱和胶济线路谱激励,测试车辆在不同速度级下的车体横向振动控制效果。试验结果表明,半主动横向减振系统可以有效衰减车体的横向振动,尤其是0.5~3 Hz的低频振动,幅值可衰减50%以上。In order to improve the vehicle operation stability and passenger comfort of high-speed EMU running across the existing passenger dedicated lines and high-speed lines,a semi-active lateral damper system based on H∞control is designed and developed in this paper.The system is mainly composed of controller,damper,carbody acceleration sensor and piston displacement sensor.In order to verify the performance of semiactive lateral damper system,the vehicle rolling&vibration test was carried out by mounting it on a highspeed EMU,and the lateral vibration control effect of the vehicle body at different speed levels was tested by applying Wuhan-Guangzhou line spectrum excitation and Qingdao-Jinan line spectrum excitation.The test results show that the semi-active lateral damper system can effectively attenuate the lateral vibration of carbody,especially the low frequency vibration of 0.5~3Hz,and the amplitude can be attenuated by more than 50%.
