人工气道患者语音沟通器的制作及应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨自制语音沟通器在意识清醒的人工气道患者中的应用效果。方法 将2021年5-11月我科意识清醒的人工气道患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例;观察组使用语音沟通器沟通,对照组常规使用眼神、手势、示意图、写字板等方法进行沟通,观察2组患者的沟通速度及患者对沟通的满意度。结果 观察组沟通速度为0.60(0.35,0.85) min,优于对照组的4.80(3.60,5.60) min;观察组患者对沟通的满意度为(83.86±9.40)%,优于对照组的(60.86±8.53)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 语音沟通器能提高清醒人工气道患者的沟通速度及满意度,为其沟通提供了一种新的方法。Objective To explore the application effect of self-made voice communicator in patients with conscious artificial airway.Methods From May to November 2021,patients with conscious artificial airway in our department were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The observation group used voice communicator for communication,while the control group routinely used eye contact,gesture,diagram,writing pad and other methods for communication.The communication speed and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed.Results The communication speed of the observation group was 0.60(0.35,0.85)min,which was better than that of the control group 4.80(3.60,5.60)min.The communication satisfaction of the observation group was(83.86±9.40)%,which was better than that of the control group(60.86±8.53)%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The voice communicator can improve the communication speed and satisfaction of patients with awake artificial airway and provide a new method for their communication.
