美国堪萨斯大学音乐艺术博士的培养体系探析与启示

摘　　要：音乐艺术博士培养是我国高层次人才的重要组成部分,在全面素质教育和可持续教育发展中具有不可替代的作用。美国是世界上最早设置音乐艺术博士(DMA)的国家,至今已经有近70年的历史,美国堪萨斯大学1891年成立了音乐学院,也是美国最早的一批专业艺术院校,在培养过程中注重知识与能力的结合,采用讨论讲座的形式进行教学,使得博士生教育发展无论在数量、质量上都取得了极大的进步。因此,借鉴堪萨斯大学音乐艺术博士在课程设置、师资配置和实践教学方面成熟的经验和模式,为进一步推动我国高层次音乐艺术专业人才培养和“双一流”建设等提供可借鉴的路径。The training of a Doctor of Music Arts is not only an important part of high-level talents in China but also has an irreplaceable role in the development of comprehensive quality education and sustainable education.The United States is the first country in the world to set up a Doctor of Musical Arts(DMA),which has a history of nearly 70 years.The University of Kansas established the School of Music in 1891 and is one of the first professional art schools in the United States.Therefore,the mature experience and model of the Doctor of Music Arts of the University of Kansas in curriculum setting,teacher allocation,and practical teaching can be used to further promote the cultivation of high-level music arts professionals and the construction of"Double First-class."
