摘　　要：国家药品质量通告是国家药监局依法依规主动公开药品质量状况的重要载体。在新媒体飞速发展和新版《药品管理法》加大假劣药品处罚力度等时代背景下,国家药品质量通告如何更好发挥作用也面临着诸多有利和不利因素。本文利用态势分析法从优势、劣势、机遇、挑战4个方面进行分析,探索国家药品质量通告在新形势下应关注的主要矛盾,并从服务监管、政策宣传、舆情监测、信用修复等多个方面为国家药品质量通告提出适应新形势的建议,以期为相关部门因势利导,扬长避短,精准施策提供参考。National drug quality disclosure was an important way for the National Medical Products Administration to actively disclose the quality of drugs in accordance with laws and regulations.Against the backgrounds of the rapid development of new media,and the increased penalties for counterfeit and inferior drugs in the new version of the Drug Administration Law,the national drug quality disclosure was faced with many internal and external favorable and unfavorable factors.This paper analyzed strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats with the SWOT method,explored the main contradictions that the national drug quality disclosure should focus on under the new situation,and put forward suggestions from the aspects of strengthening drug supervision,policy publicity,public opinion monitoring,credit restoration,etc.for national drug quality disclosure to adapt to the new situation,in order to provide reference for relevant departments to make the best use of the situation,promote advantages and disadvantages,and implement precise policies.
