摘 要:在人才考评工作中,对人选的正面评价比较全面,但对于个性缺点和主要不足,往往评价比较浅显和简略,而这又是识别评价人才的关键要素,是全面、辩证反映人才能力素质的重点内容,对于组织人事部门深度知人、精准识人、科学用人有较强的实际意义。本文针对人才考评工作中存在的问题,从“看、察、听、谈、议、比、写”七个维度,对考准考实人选的缺点和不足进行了一些思考。In talent evaluation and assessment work,it is easy to give comprehensive positive evaluation of the candidate,however,as for the personality shortcomings and main deficiencies,which is the key element to identify and evaluate the talent and a comprehensive and key content to dialectically reflect the talent’s ability and quality,the evaluation is often relatively plain and simple.The latter is of great practical significance for the organization of personnel department to know people in depth,to know people in accuracy,and making use of personnel resource scientifically.In view of the problems existing in the work of talent evaluation,from the seven dimensions of“seeing,observing,listening,talking,discussing,comparing and writing”,this paper makes some reflections on the shortcomings and deficiencies of the candidates for the talent examination assessment work.
