“五线谱”式混合培训模式在转动设备人员研修培训中的应用

摘　　要：本文围绕转动设备状态监测诊断技术专业实际工作内容,在培训项目开发与实施中,以混合式教学培训理论为指导,以提升转动设备专业人员分析问题、解决问题的能力为目标,以研修课题为核心,采用任务线、问题线、研修线、网络线、成果线的“五线谱”式混合培训模式并贯穿培训过程,对转动设备人员研修培训进行了探索与实践,为保障生产装置的平稳长周期运转提供了人才保障和有力支撑。This paper focuses on the actual work content of rotating equipment condition monitoring and diagnosis technology.In the development and implementation of training projects about this technology,it takes blended training theory as the guidance,aims to improve the ability of rotating equipment professionals to analyze and solve problems,and takes research and training subjects as the core.It takes the“musical notation”type hybrid training mode of task line,problem line,research line,network line and achievement line,and adopts it throughout the training process to explore and practise the research and training of rotating equipment personnel,which provides talent guarantee and strong support for ensuring the stable and long cycle operation of production equipment.
