高校高温电窑实验室管理与安全教育的探索与实践

摘　　要：为了有效保障高温电窑实验室安全、有序开展教学和科研工作,针对目前高校高温电窑实验室存在的管理漏洞和安全教育缺失问题,以准入流程、安全检查和预警机制为重心,形成了准入核验-全程检查-安全预警的闭环过程性管理制度,构建了包括管理制度、实验方案和操作流程等内容的“343”安全教育体系,将实验教师、实验技术人员和学生均纳入教育对象。在实施过程中将管理制度和安全教育同轨并行,渗透于课前预案、教学大纲、实践操作的各个环节。经多年实践,极大地提升了师生安全意识和处理应急安全问题的能力,提高了高温电窑实验室安全管理水平,实现了实验室安全零事故,并为教学科研提供保障,取得了明显教学成效。In order to effectively guarantee the safe and orderly carry out teaching and scientific research activities in the high temperature electric kiln laboratory,aimed at the management loopholes and the lack of safety education in the high temperature electric kiln laboratory in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward a closed-loop process management system of access verification,overall inspection and safety early warning,focusing on the access process,security check and early warning mechanism.Creative a“343”safety education system including management system,experimental scheme and operation process,and experimental teachers,experimental technicians and students have been included in the education.In the specific implementation process,the management system and safety education run in parallel,and permeate all links of pre class plan,syllabus and practical operation.After years of practice,it has greatly improved the safety awareness of teachers and students and their ability to deal with emergency safety problems,promoted the safety management level of high temperature electric kiln laboratory,achieved zero accidents in laboratory safety,provided guarantee for teaching and research,and achieved significant teaching results.
