摘  要:学习与创造相辅相成,是培养拔尖创新人才过程中的两个必要途径。上海交通大学致远学院自2016年起实施“致远未来学者计划”,引导本科生瞄准世界科技前沿和国家重大战略需求,挑战具有前瞻性、交叉性的自主创新研究课题。在归纳总结国内外本科生科研训练现状与发展趋势的基础上,介绍了致远未来学者计划的实施概要;通过问卷调研和深度访谈的方法,分析该计划在培养本科生批判性思维能力、团队协作能力、科研实践能力、创新意识等方面所起到的积极作用;并就拔尖学生自主创新能力培养提出建议,以期为我国拔尖创新人才早期培养提供新思路。Learning and creation are the two mutually reinforcing aspects in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.The capability to innovate and create is one of the key factors for the evaluation of top-notch talents.Zhiyuan College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University has implemented the Zhiyuan Future Scholar Program since 2016.This program guides undergraduates to challenge cutting-edge and interdisciplinary research projects,targeting at the frontiers of science and technology or major national strategic needs.The roles of undergraduate research programs in top universities in China and some developed countries have been summarized.The analysis of the survey on the Zhiyuan Future Scholar Program and the summary of interviews with the students who participated in the program shows that this program has played positive roles in training undergraduates to develop critical thinking ability,teamwork ability,scientific research practice ability,innovation awareness.In addition,suggestions on how to improve the quality of undergraduate research programs have been proposed,which would provide new ideas for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in China.
