摘  要:大米因加工原料稻谷自身携带虫卵的影响,在温度、湿度条件适宜的情况下极易生虫。与大米加工原料稻谷不同,大米生虫后不能采用目前粮食杀虫最普遍也是最经济的手段磷化氢熏蒸杀虫。为经济、有效、生态防治大米害虫,学者们开展了大量的研究。文章介绍了大米害虫的来源和防治特点,从杀死虫卵技术和阻止虫卵孵化技术两个方面综述了大米害虫防治研究应用进展,并针对包装大米和散装大米两种储藏形式的不同,展望了未来大米害虫防治技术的研究方向。Rice is extremely susceptible to insects under suitable temperature and humidity conditions due to the influence of the processing raw material rough rice which carries insect eggs.Unlike rough rice,rice cannot be fumigated with phosphine,which is the most common and economical means of killing insects.Scholars have conducted a lot of research to find an economical,effective and ecological control technology.In this paper,the sources and control characteristics of rice pests were introduced,and the research and application progress of rice pest prevention and control was summarized from two aspects:the measures of killing eggs and preventing eggs from hatching.Meanwhile,this paper looked forward to the application of rice pest contrd technology in the future based on the different storage forms of packaged rice and bulk rice.
